Shipment information
You are responsible for providing accurate shipment, commodity, location, timing, and contact information. Changes may affect service availability, pricing, or timing.
Documents and compliance
You remain responsible for information and documents required for your shipment. Cargo may help coordinate documentation, but route-specific rules and decisions remain subject to relevant authorities and partners.
Pricing and billing
Quoted pricing, charges, payment timing, and applicable adjustments are confirmed in the service-specific booking or billing arrangement.
